The Retreatment Dominican Republic
LED BY JAYCEE & AIMEE • July 7-12, 2026
Join Jaycee and Aimee at Playa Grande Beach Club in the Dominican Republic.
Set against the raw, elemental beauty of Playa Grande Beach Club in the Dominican Republic, this retreat is a ceremonial return to the body, truth, and aliveness.
Guided by The Class founding Teacher Jaycee Gossett and Senior Teacher Aimee Cox, each day unfolds as a living ritual. Long-form, two-hour Classes anchor the experience, supported by meditation, yoga, breathwork, and contemplative practices designed to move energy, strengthen awareness, and deepen embodiment. Together, Jaycee and Aimee hold a grounded, intuitive, and intentional container, one that honors the lived experience, invites release without force, and invites alchemy to arise organically.
The land itself becomes part of the ceremony. Between sessions, there is space to integrate through rest, play, stillness, and connection. Ocean air, vast skies, and moments of shared presence amplify the work, helping it settle not only into the mind, but into the nervous system, the muscles, and the heart.

Meet Jaycee
Jaycee’s Classes create space to discover strengths, explore freedom, and reconnect to spirit. She brings her love of music and dance to The Class and encourages her students to move, feel, and live with full expression. Her Classes are challenging, soulful, liberating, and welcoming.
Before joining The Class, Jaycee traveled around the world studying movement, competing in ballroom dance, and working in television where she hosted and produced on The Travel Channel, Z Living TV, and Amazon Prime. She is a founding Teacher of The Class and Chief Experience Officer.
Meet Aimee
Aimee is an anthropologist, movement artist, and Associate Professor at New York University. Her passions intersect in exciting ways and are rooted in deep respect for embodied wisdom and community. She holds space in Class with deep care and an abundance of joy.
Aimee’s hope is that we can learn to feel into our hearts and find the courage to fly, fueled by the powerful medicine that is movement. She is invested in our potential to liberate ourselves from the conventions that make us small and fearful, so that we can practice a radical kindness that extends beyond ourselves and what is familiar.
