A true first in The Class history, we are lifting the veil on the science, philosophy, and living lineage behind the Method. Field Study is a 16-week somatic education and digital certification program, integrating the body’s internal landscape, breathwork, nervous system awareness, and the art of facilitation for practical application outside of the studio.
