What You Will Experience

You are invited to The Class Residency at Rosewood Baha Mar, a deeply immersive weekend set within a refined and authentic beach oasis where beauty reigns. Located along the tranquil shores of Cable Beach, Rosewood Baha Mar offers a quieter world apart, where the soft hum of waves and the rustle of palm fronds create a natural rhythm for restoration, reflection, and renewal.

Each morning begins with long-form Classes on Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 a.m., inviting guests to move, sweat, and soften into the day with intention and presence. Guided by the cadence of the ocean and surrounded by waters shimmering in shades of blue, these sessions offer space to reconnect with body and breath in a setting that must be felt to be understood.

Following each class, guests will enjoy thoughtfully curated, nourishing refreshments designed to replenish and restore. On Saturday evening, settle into a grounding meditation, offering an opportunity to unwind, integrate, and reconnect as the day gently transitions into evening.

Beyond the core programming, guests may choose to book a selection of optional experiences that reflect Rosewood Baha Mar’s deep connection to place, culture, and community. These offerings include a curated art tour celebrating Bahamian creativity and storytelling, as well as the signature Flamingo Yoga experience, a joyful and unexpected encounter shared with the island’s most graceful residents. Thoughtfully woven throughout the weekend, these moments invite discovery, lightness, and connection both within and beyond the mat.

Location

Rosewood Baha Mar is a sanctuary of Bahamian elegance, where the rhythm of the islands meets the timeless sophistication of the Rosewood brand. Set along the white sands of Cable Beach, the resort immerses guests in natural beauty, artful living, warm Caribbean hospitality, and a deep sense of place shaped by the culture and spirit of The Bahamas. Wellness is woven throughout the experience, drawing on indigenous healing traditions, island botanicals, and the restorative power of the ocean to cultivate harmony between body, nature, and spirit, offering pathways to nourishment, mindfulness, and exploration.
